I have been dealing with this company since 2020. I ordered over a 100 dollars worth of wigs. I think I ordered 3 or 4. Anyway I never received my package. I emailed them about it. No response. For over a year, the website didn’t exist. Everytime I tried to look it up it said the server didn’t exist. So in 2021 I emailed the same email. No response. Now here we’re are in 2025 and I started to get emails from them again. I have emailed, I’ve tried contacting and everything. My account is still the same to log in. But guess what’s not in my account? The wigs I ordered. So 10/10 don’t recommend this website. They are scammers. I even have receipts of the emails that I have send to them with the dates attached

Dear Sylar, It was such a pleasure speaking with you yesterday. While we weren’t able to locate any order history with our company, as no valid order number could be provided, we truly hope you’re able to connect with the correct retailer to resolve your concern. If there’s anything else we can do to assist you along the way, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Wishing you the very best,
Carolyn
I am sending the last wig I ordered back. The quality is not anywhere near as good as the previous ones I have ordered. It is flat and way shorter than normal. I’m willing to give wigs.com one more try. I have ordered this same wig several times and have noticed the quality has really gone down. This current one is unwearable. Since I have always loved this wig, I want to reorder and try one more time.
