The return policy is quick n easy so other wigs can be purchased. I also love, that I can return and receive credit to original payment. The site also has quite a selection of wigs from various houses.

We have been long-time customers and still like the company and product. However, we spoke with a representative last week and she promised to research our request and call back. We have never heard back

Not having shipment from Ellen Wille available was horrible but office staff helped so much. I miss my go to sales person, Tanya and the loss of her life was devastating. I haven't been purchasing wigs because of Shipments not in and prices going up but the last two were great and I have depended on Wigs.com for many years. Not having Tanya there is. So sad and very hard. I hope to see newer shorter curlier styles and prices more reasonable. But if a shipment can't get through, we should be notified immediately. This business is not just to look beautiful, instead it is to help those who are not fortunate to have good hair, or maybe no hair so I take this company very seriously.

Barbara Diaz, We appreciate your long-time patronage. We acknowledge your concerns regarding shipment availability and pricing. We are so sorry for your loss; she was a valued member of our team. Your feedback regarding style selection and notification procedures is important, and we will consider it as we move forward. We value the seriousness with which you view our service.
