My experience with Wigs.com was excellent. From the beginning going to the website, scrolling the pictures of the wigs, selecting wigs to learn more about and then deciding and buying one was easy, fast with no problems. I know I will be a repeat customer.

No excuses
My most recent order was delivered to an address in a different state! I live in California and it went to Colorado. After numerous attempts to resolve the problem I have basically just given up. I will never order from this business again and will definitely not be recommending this company to anyone. Zero customer service and no refund or credit to my account! Totally pathetic.

What happened to live help
Your live customer service has always been very good. I called recently and couldn't get past AI. Live help "In a meeting" no matter what time of day I called. I needed help with color comparisons based on my past purchase history and new wigs I wanted to try. I saw that I could schedule a virtual appointment, but the earliest appointment was almost a week away. I needed advice quickly so that I could take advantage of the 30% off sale. Bring back live help, even if it's for a limited amount of time during the day. Thanks.

Great Customer Service
My wig is excellent exactly what I wanted and ordered. Sometimes the manufacturer that supplies you lets some inferior products sneak thru and you as the retailer have no way to know this except from us the consumers. I did have that problem in a previous order. Your customer service team listened and assured me that you want me to LOVE my wig and I do. How could I not at this great price too.
