Bette, Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear the company did well overall. We're sorry the wig arrived with curled bangs when you prefer straight bangs. We'd love to help you find a style that suits you better, and we invite you to schedule a virtual consultation with our team so we can assist you in choosing the perfect option.

You sent me the wrong label
My apologies to Wigs.com. I went to UPS this morning and they were running low on ink on their computer printer for the receipt and I didn’t read it correctly. I am so sorry.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Mar 12, 2026
Judy, We’re very sorry about the confusion with the return label and truly appreciate you bringing it to our attention. The correct return label has now been sent over, and you can use that one to send the wig back for your refund. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to reach out.

Beware about RETURNS!!!!! Don’t believe the wording I believe it’s intentionally misleading!
The site gave me the false impression that I could return the wig at no cost to me. However, that was not the case I had to pay UPS just under $18.00 for the shipping label to return the wig. So in my opinion, wigs.com is not clearly explaining how a return will work! I felt deceived and would like a refund of the shipping costs!!!! I have bought many wigs and I cannot recommend this company. I will not buy anything from them again unless I get a refund for the shipping costs! What about your deceptive wording on your site?????
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Mar 11, 2026
Caroline, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry for any confusion regarding the return process. Returns are not free, but we do offer the option to use our prepaid return label for $10.95 or complete a self-return using your own carrier. We also do not refund the shipping cost, as stated in our return policy. We appreciate you sharing your experience and apologize again for the misunderstanding.

Very fast delivery. I like how you have brand names. So many to choose from and sales are great. My brand always works for me and with my go to color it makes it easier to select.
