Customer service is fast as hell. Ordered the cushions needed a invoice so send them a mail. max 5 min later i had a send invoice from Carla. Excellent job on this!

The company let me know they had my order, let me know when it was filled, when it was sent and even when it was delivered. On top of that, they provided a perfect video for the installation of earpads on my Sony headphones. Took all of 3 minutes. The cushions are great and they really block out ambient noise.

Fast delivery through Amazon and the earpads fit my Steelseries Arctis Nova Pro Wireless perfectly. Really happy with the whole transaction.

just bought some nova pro wireless coushins and yeah they feel really nice but for some reason the bottom part of them raises away from my head and let's audio leak out and reduces the noise isolation, idk if this is a defect or if they just only focusd on one head size, gonna see if anything changes in the next 48 hours otherwise i'll probably return these (update) customer support reached out fast and said it might take awhile for them to soften up so i'll take there word for it and raise this to 4 stars and if it actally molds to my head then i'll raise this to a five, hope these work out.

Edit:They refunded the cost of the headband and were very nice in the support process. The Arctis Nova Headband is far longer by design than the original one. The biggest problem with the original for me is that it extends in length after some time, so I wanted to make sure to have a silicone one that lasts longer. Well, WC intentionally made their longer by default, and only in the installation video I can see that information. After contacting support, I can send back for refund, but 2x postal costs are the price of the band itself. Do not recommend!

very very worth it, i lost my old earpad for my skullchrushers, and i ordered the pink and blue pads with memory foam over apple pay, litterally fastes checkout ever, at first i thought i was being scammed because it said 4 days and im in denmark, it came 2 days later at my doorsted with a (RE)sealable bag . AND A STCIKER(YIPPIE)and the pads were so easy to put on it took me 1 min of labour and 1 min of adjusting them, these pillows fixed all my problems a originallly had w my old pads . they never fall of .their stylish and unique . the memory foam is very comfortable, the stock cushions felt very cheap and would kinda put preassure on my earlobe, these i can sleep on my side w :) . i also havent gotten told by other people they could hear my loud music through my headphones, they provide a bit of soundproofing, they survived 4 different thunderstorm and were only 150, with a free shipping code. absolutely worth it and autism approved
