Note that I won my product for free from a Wicked Cushions Giveaway! I have not tried the cushions, but I won the headband from Wicked Cushions for my Arctis Nova 7 and I LOVE it. It's so comfortable. I don't know if this matters, but I am a woman with long hair, my hair does not get caught up in the band. I've had it for a while, maybe 9 months or so. 10/10

I had a problem with my original order. While I was doubtful that I would receive any help, much to my surprise, I received an immediate and helpful response. New ear pads were sent overnight and I couldn’t be happier with how I was treated. I would highly recommend this company. Thank you for the great customer service!

These are great and very comfy. I love the funky design of 90s white. The delivery was fast and straightforward. WC customer service team is top-notch. Very friendly and helpful. Shoutout to Carla for responding to my support request in literally 4 minutes! Now I joined the waitlist for my Sony XM6, and will defo buy again.

First let me say this, the product is so much better then the original h9 cups. I’ve used them for three years which always gave me a sweaty head. These do not. But then when I ordered these they came in broken on a Friday. I could replace them luckily with the original parts i already had. Then I sent an email with a complaint that they came in broken. Over the weekend ingot some reply’s and on Monday evening a new pair! What a super service!

I’ve just ordered some ice gel pads for a HyperX Cloud 3 S in the UK. Have to say pretty exceptional service, 2 pads arrived delivered by Amazon shipping next day who are the best in the industry in the UK (aside from my feelings about Amazon marketplace which is a different matter). Each pad set comes in individual zip log bags which helps with storage and the pads are really nice quality. I’d seen the ice gel pads recommended by a few people for this particular headset on Reddit and they were definitely correct. Also love the thank you video that’s included in the order confirmation, that’s a very thoughtful touch. Seriously impressed, will be coming back

Bought two sets of earpads from wickedcushions in Australia, they got here within a few days, but the second set didn't fit the headphones (our fault, they werent the correct version of earpads for those headphones) and wickedcushions gave us a refund and told us to keep them! The other pair fits my ears better than the OG pads and is a lot prettier too! Highly reccomend these guys for earpads :)

This is an absolutely great product, and an unbelievably good buying experience. Very fast shipping. Extremely easy install, with easy to follow, professional video. The weak point of my Bose headphones are the cushions, lasting only 2 years with daily use. This dramatically extends their lives at less than 10% of the headphone cost. I am so glad I found this business.

I ordered my first replacement ear pads for my Bose QC45 on August 11, 2026. Their website support page says if it's order before 12pm EST US then ship on same day. And standard shipping time is 3 to 5 days. I ordered in the morning August 11, 2026. Their website and Shop app estimates arrive on August 13, 2026 first then it was changed to August 14, 2026. I thought that I can wait a day delay but they didn't ship my order full 2 days. I requested cancel my order and it refunded immediately. Also customer support agent said standard shipping takes 3 to 7 days! If the delivery takes a week—even after paying for shipping—it is no different from ordering from Amazon. In fact, given the excessive time required for handling, Amazon might actually be faster. This company’s service lacked integrity, and they misled customers by posting incorrect information on their website. I won't order anything from their website again.
