Swiss customers: Hidden UPS import fees, but great support and refund
Swiss customers: Hidden UPS import fees, but great support and refund I ordered two earpads directly from Wicked Cushions USA for CHF 44.80, plus CHF 33.00 for expedited shipping (3–6 business days). Shipping was fast – I received the product in only 3 days. However, I was surprised when UPS charged me an additional CHF 35.15 on delivery. These were not shipping costs, but import VAT and brokerage fees. The total I had to pay came to CHF 112.95, which is more than double the product value. I had read the FAQ, which mentioned possible import fees, but during checkout there was no clear disclaimer informing customers in Switzerland that UPS might charge additional handling fees on delivery. I contacted Wicked Cushions support, and they responded quickly and professionally. After providing a detailed breakdown, they agreed to fully refund the CHF 35.15 I paid to UPS. The money arrived within the promised 3–5 business days. I’ve now updated my rating to 4 stars, because while the unexpected UPS fees were frustrating, Wicked Cushions handled the issue very fairly and resolved it in a professional way. ✅ Tip for Swiss customers: Expect possible UPS charges at delivery, and keep your invoice. ✅ Props to the support team for helping out and taking the issue seriously.

Hey, it doesn't seem like you should've been charged import duty that's as expensive as the actual earpads, that comes out to almost a 100% import duty, which your country does not charge. If you could please contact us directly, I'm trying to figure out what's happening here
