AVOID AT ALL COSTS horrible product does not work at all, instructions unclear / non existent for my model (blackshark v2 2021), im now left with a useless pair of headphones with no earpads because I trusted these eejits

A great company for upgrades and replacements. Sadly a part I require is not available in the UK and no restocking date that they can provide, which spoils a birthday present slightly. This does not detract from the quality and ease of installation. Support was fantastic in a speedy response and well communicative. I highly reccomend Wicked cushions for any upgrades you are looking for.

Hello, i just received my ear pads for dt990 pro. And they are 1 of the best purchase i made this year. Extremely comfortable and its seems to be really quality too. Really fast delivery in EU, a bit expensive delivery(not your fault), maybe a slower cheaper options, could help. just a purpose.

So, I got the Sony XM5 replacement pads, and they were delivered very quickly. I installed them right away. The pads themselves were high quality and thicker than the original OEM pads. Even though they made the headphones more comfortable to wear, they had too much of an impact on the noise cancelling for me to keep using them. I contacted customer service to ask if I could return them for a refund. I quickly received a response from Megan, who informed me that my return request was rejected due to policy limitations. However, she then told me that I would still receive a refund and wouldn't even need to send them back! Amazing company, great earpads, and awesome customer service. Definetly suggest buying.

I ordered Wicked Cushions replacement cushions from Amazon.co.uk for my Bose Q25 headphones as the Bose originals seemed perpetually out of stock. They're nice cushions, firmer than the outgoing battered ones and they fit nicely. Bass is maybe a little drier than the old cushions in a good way and the sound and comfort levels are both perhaps a little better than previous. Fitting the first one was some effort, the second was easy as I'd got the knack by then. I could have got replacements for £3 direct from China, but I doubt if they'd last as long as these should.
