The hose I purchased did not last but a few hours before it split, I tried calling the company and also an email with no response. Since this post, Daniel Gifford reached out to me and is sending me a replacement hose. Thank you for resolving my hose issue.

The hose you sent was for extreme leaf vacuuming. It is holding up 1000 times better than the hose that came with my leaf vacuum. I can't begin to tell you how much time and energy you have saved me with your EXCELLENT product - thank you so very much!

Great communication when the hose would arrive. Instructions about how to expand Flexadux LCDC 8in ID x 10ft Hose to the full length are totally inadequate! They created expectations that it would be easy. No way two guys can expand the hose to a STABLE 10 foot length. The hose instantly retracts to a 7.7 foot length when we let go of the stretched hose. I had to mount the hose vertically to the ceiling of my gazebo. Then insert and secure 2 one gallon jugs (16lbs.) into the bottom of the hose. Let it hang for 4 days to stretch and stabilize the length. Please change your instructions so the customer gets how hard it is to stablize Flexadux LCDC 8in ID x 10ft Hose to the 10 foot length.
