Delivery System is Broken. You would think a company owned by Amazon could do better!!! What a JOKE. I am a long time Prime member and last week found it IMPOSSIBLE to establish a simple food order. Finally gave up and turned to Walmart for my Delivery who incidentally did an outstanding job filling and delivering our order. Amazon and Whole Foods need to get their “stuff“ together (would have used a different word if I didn’t think it would be used as a lame excuse to block my review).

I love shopping at Whole Foods, but with all that is going on I decided to try their home delivery service and it was flawless!!! Thank you Mushtariy. I am very far off the beaten path, but truly do appreciate this service. Thanks again

Shame on Whole Foods at Medlick Bridge Georgia No sanitation wipes at front for carts, none at cashiers No one cleaning the whole time we were there especially at food bar. We sat in a mostly empty store eating and watched - no one cleaning And when I asked the management they said we’re sorry but we are out of wipes and that the staff should be cleaning - but they weren’t And no sign at enter an entrance as to their preventive measures Wow Very disappointed that others stores - national brand markets-are doing so much better than this store

During this corona virus pandemic, as a prime member I am supposed to be able to have food delivered. This is important because I am old and the virus stands a good chance of killing me. My local whole foods does not deliver. I am also unable to have food even delivered to my car in whole foods parking lots, because that is not how the system works. It only delivers to your home address, which it does not deliver to because it is near a non-delivering whole foods. When I complained and tried to get a little flexibility, I got a response "we are very excited about expanding to new markets, keep posted for development in the future. A nonresponse. Come on guys, you are supposed to be a health food store. This is also a time when we need to work together.

I get home delivery from Prime Amazon and they are great with the delivery. I was missing something in the order and they credited me right away......I will keep ordering from them, they have no fee for the delivery.

365 their main brand is from China that is why it is cheaper. They are charging us top dollar for products they get from China. their fish,chicken,fruits,vegtables,garlic,ginger and many more. Please stop shopping here they are not being honest.
