Pre Pandemic whenever we shopped at Whole Foods to get lunch from the hot bar and the salad bar is was a treat for us. Both the bars were just beautiful and bountiful. Post pandemic the quality and selection has plummeted. We have Dr appts in town and make it a point to stop in at Whole Foods at least once a month. The salad bar is still great but the hot food bar is pathetic. They don't even fill all the trays. The food they do have on the bar looks dried out and overcooked. It's like someone else took over the care and planning of the food bar and they're failing miserably. Kudos still on our favorite cake over in the bakery section. The Berry Chantilly cake. It is heavenly. Please do better. Indpls downtown location.

The Whole Foods in Mississippi is always out of fresh chicken sausages and doesn’t have sale items available. The butcher claims it will be available tomorrow but the meat never appears. Plus the skinny blonde girl at the deli runs away and won’t serve customers. I left the store without any items because they weren’t available, and the deli girl left me standing.

Some of the staff could use a little knowledge on where the products are located in the store. An example is that I had to ask 5 employees to finally get to the heavy cream. But besides that there is a great food selection in the produce isle. PS love the sushi! My family and I live in the neighborhood and go grocery shopping every Sunday night and are always impressed by the whole layout, and kind employees. THANK YOU FOR HAVING A GREAT STORE!

Store cooked turkey sold in the deli is way too inconsistent in quality for the very high price. Way too dry and the flavor is inconsistent

It took 73 minutes to place an online order for Thanksgiving fresh meat. Since I live less than a mile from the store I could have walked there, shopped and returned home within this time. PROBLEM IS 1)they refuse to reserve fresh meat in store...only on line! All I want are 2 small turkey breasts and 1 glazed ham. My local store told me that in order to reserve this cooperate requires me to place an online order and not in the store. Funny thing, the fact that I have an in-person weekly standing order for 3 fresh organic chickens + 3 packs of parts & spend $350-500/week there must not matter. 2)Then: The website is cumbersome and lacks appropriate details so that the proper item can be selected. 3)When I called customer service the polite lady spoke broken English which meant poor communication. PLUS, she didn't know anything at all about the product other than what was printed online! shameful 4)After holding for a supervisor, who knew exactly what I needed & a mere 73 minutes later I had placed an order. 5)***The most disturbing fact of all of this is when I emailed cooperate they sent a short reply of the standard "sorry to hear you had trouble" then immediately sent a feedback survey. THEY OBVIOUSLY DO NOT CARE. I have waited a couple days for someone to contact me but nada. I loved WF but these Amazon cooperate guys probably sit behind a desk & my guess is they have never shopped and prepared a holiday meal so how would they know? Sad. Amazon ownership gives the impression they consider customers as pests rather than vital to generating their salary. I have a online business and consider these "pesky customers" at a time of year that I am "overwhelmed" as a blessing that helps build a relationship that will serve me the rest of the year.

Delish hot bar! Quick and easy and nutritious as well. Convenient alternative to fast food. Tasty wide variety.

The hot buffet is nowhere close to offer any quality

Ordering online has proven to be more trouble than it is worth. I just discovered that my order is not fulfilled by my local store--which explains why the frozen yogurt never arrives frozen. But the bigger problem is the person selecting my order TOTALLY ignoring my substitution selections. I even repeated this in the Delivery Instructions. Apparently, the shopper does not read. Beyond frustrating. Took five phone calls, literally, to try to get the order cancelled because it was already out for delivery. Thankfully (I guess), I am always the last stop. (I finally had to call Amazon.)
