This was my comment to Support (Below). Took 2 response emails (?) with no real response (?). Sorry I typo'd her name Hi Katt, (Kait) If... I am at the 'compare' point in the hunt for information, not sure why I would have signed up to have a Whistle account. The 'best' compare I found was on PCMAG's site. I did see the compare within your site. Being a newbie to these devices, I had no clue why you would list the Whistle 3. Based on the PCMAG reviews (not your site), I purchased the Explore Go. One bit of feedback I can offer. We have a sight hound (Whippet). They tend to have a Martindale collar (one of the reasons I bought your tracker vs FI). The velcro base does NOT offer the flexibility (I think) it should. You cannot 'thread' the Velcro end through the plastic eye as it is way too thick. Not sure how many 'Sight Hounds' are in the market. Electric fences don't work with them. Might be a good option for you. The mere thought of 'SQUIRREL', at 40 MPH into oblivion, your tracker could be a good thing. I am now the proud owner of a Whistle account, so look away! LOL Kind Regards, Jim

Excellent solution for tracking your animals without the need for a bluetooth beacon or another type of locator. The latest Whistle connects to wifi where it can and when it cannot, it uses LTE and that's the power of Whistle. Our latest adoption got scared and bolted past my wife and out the door. This was the 2nd time he got out. The first time, it took us 6 hours to find him and get him home. That day I bought Whistle. It took us under 30 minutes to get him back the 2nd time all thanks to Whistle. It's well worth the investment for the peace of mind! Issues... The battery drains super fast if not connected to WiFi so just be aware of this. You'll get about a day if not connected to WiFi. The springs in the base connected to the collar are weak and don't hold up well at all. I've had to order a replacement set just weeks after buying the unit as the other one broke! Having to pay to get a replacement for something like that is a bit frustrating. Overall, well worth the investment and time! Get one today.

Although buying was easy, my shipment didn’t ship for 7 days even after repeated emails and texts as to why. It finally shipped and I called to see what the deal was and I was told the model I chose had been out of stock. That would’ve been great to know before I placed the order as amazon promised to get it to me 2 days but I wanted to give the company a direct sale. When people buy this type of product, they are usually in a rush to get it as is my case for my cat. This should’ve been taken into account when showing the product as a silbe online.

I was trying to do an upgrade but at checkout, it kept telling me it could not find an account for me. I kept trying and it finally went through. However, it didn't show what I picked for my supscription amount with was monthly.

Excellent checkout experience, wish I could have used my coupon with Apple Pay.
