Hello Liz, Your package did not ship for 3 days because you ordered it on a Friday, normally the package doesn't ship out until the next day, this is how most companies work. Because you ordered it on a Friday, the next day would be Monday, 3 days later. Hello Michael, Thank you for taking the time to take our Customer Support survey. We appreciate all the feedback and suggestions we get from our customers and we want to do everything we can to improve your experience. The item you had ordered was on backorder, we just received a shipment of those devices so it should ship here soon. As for the customer being a start-up, we've been around since 2012, I can assure you, we are not a start-up and you should receive yours soon. I do apologize for this, our website did have a note next to the Whistle GO Explore (Gray) that said 12-14 days before it ships because they were on back order.
