Whistle stands behind their customers. I have owned Whistle trackers for over 3+ years and can say their customer service is excellent.

It took me a day or 2 to get used to using the product but once I did I ordered another one for my 2nd dog. I will be honest, I ordered the collar also but found it to be too heavy around my Border Collie’s neck(especially in summer). I like using the collar attachment much better.

We received outstanding customer service when we realized our dog's Whistle was no longer on her collar. A customer service professional stayed on the phone with my husband to help him figure out how tracking works when the Whistle is still at home. She stayed on with him as he slowly walked our acre+ of land. He ended the conversation once he had it figured out. She then checked via email to ensure we had found it. (Like all lost things, it was 8n the sofa cushions!) This was above and beyond our expectations. Thank you for valuing your customer service!

Love Whistle plus.. I can track her location and also provides useful data relative to her skin health and average calories burned.

Love it so much got one for my parents and family friends! And I will get another once we get another dog! We have had one of the first gens for years now and just upgraded.
