online live chat and/or email contact did not work. I made several attempts and was never contacted until I used an old email thread to reach customer service. Also, not happy with the battery life of the Whistle 3. Just had to replace it after only 2 years.

Great customer service and technical support! I could not be happier with my Whistle devices and with this company. They treat their customers like companies use to 40-50years ago. Their GPS trackers give me such peace of mind. I can't imagine life without them.

The whistle works great! Excellent for those dogs that take off chasing squirrels or deer. I know where they are and if they’re not coming home I can go get them easily.

Always a no hassle exchange when dealing with replacements. Super polite experience. I still wish you guys would switch to a stronger material for the shell and attachments though.
