Having the Whistle 3 gps tracker on my pups makes me feel so much more secure in the event they get away from me. the tech support is amazing and so willing to help with any issues or questions. I have recommended the whistle 3 to many of my dog loving friends.

I have had a Whistle for my dog for a little over a year now. I love the concept, but this product doesn’t deliver on its promises. My first Whistle worked great for about two months until it just stopped working. They sent me a replacement which also worked for only about a month and now has some serious issues. Every time the battery runs dead, it malfunctions and a hard reset must be done - sometimes I am even forced to uninstall and reinstall the app on my phone as well. It also fails to communicate properly with the software and the status is often wrong. If my dog were to become lost, I’m afraid that her Whistle would be useless. The Whistle company knows that they have this problem with multiple units, as they even have it listed as a frequent problem on their website, but they are unwilling to replace my unit due to my being a customer for just over a year. They are requiring me to buy a new one even though I have been trying to work with them continuously to get mine to work. It almost seems as if they strung me along for a year just to get me out of warranty so that they didn’t have to replace it - not the way to treat their customers. I strongly recommend looking for an alternative to the Whistle at this point.

The whistle is everything that's lacking in Link AKC. It's tracking is far superior and it has excellent battery life. It's waterproof and doesn't require a special collar. It's also a lot smaller than the Link AKC I switched from Link AKC and I'm happy I did.

Our adoption group uses Whistle for the foster dogs and we decided it was peace of mind to continue.

I could not find a phone number and wanted to talk someone to understand the differences and ensure I am getting the best item for my dog and cat.

I just wanted a replacement collar holder, but the site was VERY slow, and the description of the item could be better. I think I ordered what I need, but it wasn't overly clear. Also, still have not received an email order confirmation - but I got this review email very quickly.
