I've been beta testing the new Whistle Go and it is a major upgrade from the earlier models. It is lighter and smaller and has better battery life and waterproofing. In addition to tracking your pet, Whistle is also a fitness tracker: a FitBit for dogs. I got the original model for a dog that kept running away. She has not strayed since I put the device on her collar. A coincidence? Perhaps :)

The inability for your CS reps to change an online order is frustrating. The response times when using chat mode is trying. But when you ahold of a CS rep on voice line than they excel. They helped me get pass my initial screwups. Nice job.

Our girls have worn the whistle since it was first released. In fact, they were the first ones in the house to have an activity tracking device. Since then we’ve been loyal customers and really appreciated how easy it is to setup and the love the data we receive. Also, they have one of the absolute best customer service groups. They work with you until the problem is solved, always responsive and polite. The addition of the GPS functionality is super helpful for when they wander off because of a faulty gate or other distraction.

Took 3 phone calls to order. Long time customer with legacy GPS. Why can't one just order on phone, like old days. Had to go to internet 3 times to order

Great Customer service!!

I am returning it. The GPS is not very accurate. We live by woods and I went searching on where the tracker was showing me and the dog was not in the area. I'm looking for more accuracy.
