Pleasant experience

I wasn’t exactly sure which model whistle I had. I opened the Whistle app and thought it would tell me which model I would have under the devices tab. It didn’t show me there so I looked at my email history to see that I have a whistle 3. Perhaps that would be good to include the model type in the app. Otherwise ordering was easy from the site. Thank you.

Very easy website to navigate.

Great tracking - Poor battery - had big issues with the battery life since we are on a large property. Hoping the new Go-Explore solves that. Also, the plastic collar clip is cheap and not durable. Didn't know when I bought the first one I could get a proper collar. Ordered one.
