Awful website. No place for previous customers to log in, and with every question that idiotic pop-up on how did I hear about you....Ridiculous...Need a new IT dept.

Bought your product through amazon and some extra collar clips from you. After 5 days on trying to get my PawTracker to work and ZERO customer support or help i found you guys. So far it looks like it works pretty good for my outside kitty

Whistle Support was great. I (well, actually, my dog Allie) lost our Whistle. The Whistle Chat guy, Divanno, was very helpful - giving me gps coordinates. Unfortunately they weren’t quite accurate enough to find the Whistle (rough terrain, brambles and rocks, ETC), but he tried. When that didn’t work, Neelima helped me order a new Whistle GO with a discount and instructions for syncing it with my existing contract and Allie’s stellar stats. So, all is well - sorta. I’m hoping the new attachment mechanism will prevent a future repeat of this, but Whistle did its best. And I love Allie’s Whistle. Fun and functional!
