Paid nearly $600 in fees to obtain a space to park in mid-August. The building and I are still waiting for whereipark to provide them with the paperwork so they can give me the access device. Do not bother calling their phone number. That goes nowhere. I would not recommend this at all.

We’re sorry for the frustration this caused. Please note that your payments have already been refunded. We did experience issues with receiving inbound calls recently, which may have prevented us from answering you, and we couldn’t locate any voicemail messages from you. To prevent this from happening again, we’ll be reaching out to the property management to confirm exactly which documents they require from us moving forward.
