The folks at W&F were very helpful when I attempted to place the order and had some questions about the configuration of the system and how it would function for me. Then when I showed up for the install, it was all explained as well, along with a couple little modifications I needed for my application. Overall, a great experience and I’m already enjoying it immensely!

This has made packing and traveling so much more convenient. I have so much more room in my car now that I can store so much in my storage system. Setting it up was pretty easy and I feel so safe being able to sleep inside my car. So much better than my old bulky sleep platform!

I ordered the storage drawer/sleeping platform for a Subaru Forester. This thing is nuts. Installed it myself in one evening using the included tools only (I did pick up longer bolts to attach it to my car). Perfect fit and so functional - it fit more (and more accessibly) than a rooftop cargo box when you include the under-drawer space. No noise when driving or tossing around in your sleep, plenty of headroom, slide out drawer doubles as a kitchen. A perfect micro-camper. The concept is brilliant and the execution spot on.

The WF portable kitchen for my Beetle is awesome! It's well-made, fits perfectly, and has made camping way more comfortable. I had a slight hiccup with securing it, but customer service was super helpful. Highly recommend!

Very good product & EXCELLENT Customer Service!!! I have a Rubicon 4XE and j have been looking for a shelving system for quite some time and I found this from a friend of mine in overlanding community. After seeing his system I ordered mine and I wanted a product which looks like it BELONGS in my Jeep & looks OEM like when installed. It’s NOT cheap, BUT the way I think of ANY product which I install in my Jeep should feel like it belongs in there and will not look ODD. I can say that this when installed looks very good in my trunk. Their craftsmanship in making it shows how much effort they put in when building their product. I am sure they will make more improvements as they go based on the feedback they receive from customers and I did give some feedback when I received mine. Now let’s talk about their Customer Service, I would rate it as Excellent just because of the way they treat you and their timely response. I think for any company it’s NOT just the product they sell which sets them apart… it’s their customer service because if you don’t get the right experience you tend to shy away from their products NO MATTER how good they are as a company. Did I have some glitches in my product? Yes I did. But I was able to get their customer service to support me the entire way. I will recommend them as a company and their products.

Several things. First, they have a chat window. Manned by a real human being. Who answers real questions with real answers. This used to be table stakes but is a rarity these days. Very much appreciate the personal touch. Second, I have recently received my first purchase from them and it is a quality piece. Fits exactly as expected, does exactly what it's supposed to. No muss, no fuss, just does the thing. Installation was easy and it looks great.
