I have waited over 5 months for order completion. No satisfaction at this point. Sent wrong units initially, then weeks later sent "fix" to try to make incorrect unit fit my vehicle. Never sent any of the accessories that were ordered. Customer service is essentially non-existent. This is NOT a business to waste your money or time on. You will be dissatisfied and unable to get resolution.

Update: I filed a complaint with the BBB and the company gave me a refund within a day. If you’re waiting on a refund and it’s been a couple of months, do that. Stole my money. I bought a drawer for my Jeep and no longer needed it. I asked to cancel four times but they never responded to my emails and calls. They sent me the package and I asked to send it back. They finally responded and said yes and gave me a return slip. It’s been over 2 1/2 months and I never receive a cent back for my refund despite returning it fully intact in the original package. Do not buy from them if there is any chance you may return it.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience has been frustrating. I attempted to cancel my order before it shipped and sent three emails over the course of a week with no response. I also reached out through Instagram because I couldn’t get a reply through email. When you’re spending over 1K on a product, you expect at least basic communication and order updates. The lack of response made it very difficult to get assistance with a simple cancellation request.

Received my RAV $ Drawer System 10 weeks after ordering vs quote of 5-6. Im in the UK so was really cautious about the transaction as there would be little I could do if problems arise. The agent on the instagram chat was great very quick to reply very quick to offer advice and guidance in getting my order created for me. I was happy and placed the order. That was when the problems started - Delayed shipping was the first along with total lack of correspondence again being from the UK I needed to speak to them and emails were ignored, insta chats seen and not replied to. Eventually the complete camping system arrived via UPS, I understood there was a UK VAT charge and paid £160. Upon opening the package I suddenly realised components were missing that I had ordered. I managed to speak with Zoe who assured me a further package was arriving the following day. It did in fact arrive but I was also presented with a second UK VAT bill for £160. This was due to the packaging of the item being incorrectly marked for customs as it showed the total value of the product on both boxes and did not indicate that it was package 1 of 2 for example. Upon opening the second package again parts were missing. I was furious. Contacted them again via email and received an email form Anton the sales manager who offered to refund the second VAT charge and send the missing goods out to me. Wonderfull I thought. However several days passed and no refund, no further confirmation from them, no reply from my emails requesting updates. Eventually I had to open a PAYPAL dispute and funnily enough they responded to that as pay pal were holding the full payment. They gave me a partial refund for the VAT charge £160 and a further £40 for the missing table top parts. I have now had to find a local carpenter to make the table top for me. Ive been very disappointed by the complete lack of customer service, missing parts incorrect shipping. Customer service is non existent and when you do reach someone no resolution comes from it. Just more frustration. Was lured in by their paid advertising and paid reviews. Highly recommended you don’t make the same mistake as I did. Buy elsewhere. It's not worth the stress.

Worst company. I ordered a drawer-system for my campingtrip. i even paid 100 USD more for faster shipping. They said they will ship on May 21st but since then they would not be reachable and wont answer to my emails anymore. worst experiance ever! i will fight to get my money back. They took 1000 usd from me and i dont hear anything anymore. do not order from them!!!!
