very helpful even took apart caster to see what middle spacer dimension was . not many store /site anyone for that matter would do that just help someone.

I had to order elevating leg rests for my daughter’s upcoming surgery. I called the store because I was unsure which one fit the chair we borrowed. The guy that answered was very professional and patient as he walked me through how to measure a specific part of the chair to get the correct ones. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing parts.

They sre very patient with my lack of tech savvy ordering of parts. “J” and Jose are like old friends. Very reliable and knowledgeable.

Great source for wheelchair tires and other things. Clear descriptions and I've always gotten what I need.
