Item is sold as 1 & 3/8 inch wide wheel but tire width measures just slightly over 1 inch wide. This is complicated because manufacturer has 1 & 3/8" written on side of tire.

The chair seat included screws which one would think would be helpful, however, the washers were very thin and deform readily with one actually tearing through and discarded, instead using the the original ones from the chair. This caused some difficulties in installing. In addition and more significantly, the replacement was advertised as having screw spacing of 5” however as shipped it had screws with different spacings on the inner two requiring some work to move them. What was worse, the holes didn’t line up easily necessitating some effort to insert them. There was some blood involved which should heal soon.

over priced, as is all ability stores I have found. I could understand if my condition were some hobby, but it is not

The bolt from the original silver 2 model does not fit the new wheel.Providing the proper hardware with the new wheel would make the replacement process a lot easier on the customer.

You placed an order with standard ground shipping and transit time from California to NY is about 5-7 days. Your package was delivered 5 days after the order was placed.

You must be joking! I ordered the parts, and they never came. I had to call customer service to see what was wrong, and was told "Oh, that part is out of stock, so we canceled the order." It would have been nice if you'd had the courtesy to inform me instead of leaving me hanging.

I ordered a seat for an E&J chair, and on first try, was sent a BACK, instead. When I returned it, I was sent a seat in exchange. However, when I replaced the old E&J Traveler SE seat, I found to my dismay that the holes were slightly off, the metal strips were bored for another chair, and the hardware was entirely different -- nuts and bolts instead of the machine screws the Traveler SE uses. Despite all this, I was able to rebore the holes in the seat, and attach it with the original E&J hardware. It looked fine, but when my mother, who isn't heavy by any definition of the word, sat on it for a few hours, it sagged so badly, it was painful for her. I had to substitute her ancient old Traveler, and order a seat for the SE from another company. Needless to say, we aren't happy campers.
