Shipping for small items very high

Like the quality of the selected of parts , just wish I would have called, the man on the phone knew exactly what I ordered was wrong size for my wheelchair.

Delay in delivery

I was looking for non-pneumatic tires I could mount on plastic rims. This was the only site that explained which type of plastic rim I could mount these tires on, all other sites I looked at said it was not advisable. I ordered the tires and the recommended mounting tool, I also watched the videos on how to use the tool. The package came in three days (fast!) I opened the package, read all the enclosed literature, watched the installation video again and set about installing the tires. Up until this point I was extremely satisfied with the process. I am an avid cyclist, I have been riding and working on bicycles for over 36 years, so I expected the installation process to strait forward, if not somewhat difficult due to the type of tires. Well, after over an hour of trying to mount my first tire I figured out that the tire mounting tool that I paid over $35.00 for was almost totally useless. I could have accomplished the same thing for free by simply mounting one of the bolts from the wheel mount in a vise, using it to hold the rim in place while I mounted the tire. Due to the construction of the tire when I tried to use the mounting tool to spin the tire onto the rim, the tire would bind up and was impossible to move. I found that by using a couple of large slot type screw drivers and a couple of clamps I was able to mount both tires in under 15 minutes. Take always? Personally I would not spend the money on the mounting tool. I will not return the one I have as I actually did use it to hold the rim while I mounted the tires with the above mentioned tools. Having said all that, I would most likely buy from this site again (well…except for the tool)

Easy ordering! When I thought I ordered the same items a week ago, I found them in a folder called items reviewed. All I had to do was click on the items, them placed them in the cart. This was my mistake, I just home I receive the parts on time before I go on vacation, 6/10!!!

There's really nothing to review, as I have not received my order yet.

I haven't received my parts yet, so this is an incomplete review, however, I tried multiple times to contact the company, twice by their chat system and 3 times by phone, to see if I could pay for expedited shipping. I never heard from them, so I decided to make my purchase anyway and hope for the best. It's been 8 hours and still no shipping info, although I did get an email stating that my package has shipped. Fingers crossed!

I don't know what my points are for I found I was unable to use any discounts while checking out and shipping high for small light items.
