I do not liked to be forced to use paypal and do not subscribe to any easy payment methods. I do not trust them no mater how secure they claim to be.

The arm rests are great but I had to use my original screws because the ones they included were much too short. The front fork bearings would not work at all, slightly too large (1-1/8"OD 1/2"ID) to fit in the aluminum leg tube, so I ordered more from Amazon in metric size (28mmOD 12.7mmID). At least I get free returns with Amazon if they don't fit.

you shipped wrong part accepted return billed me for both and never gave me credit on the first on

The shipping is outrageous and super overpriced. Got charged $10 for USPS first class package with tracking. High ship stuff online and I can do priority envelope for $8 they charge $10 for first class package such a rip off to charge that much for that kind of shipping they made more profit on the shipping than they did on selling me the parts and yes I know shipping has gone up as I do currently sell on multiple platforms and I know as a seller you can get discounts from various companies. I think it's grossly outrageous but again I needed the parts so I was stuck paying the shipping.

I didn’t know the size and I would see if they can trade sizes or get my money back

Very slow order processing. Couldn't reach by phone also long time responding to email. No express shipping option on website. Won't be buying again.
