I been looking for parts for my chair for over six months. I found wheelchairparts.net and I'm not sure if it's the owner or just customers service but they took the time out to help me find the right parts and made better suggestions for my chair.

I needed very odd sized wheel bearings for a set of wheels I bought at an online auction. I needed SAE OD, with a metric ID. Couldn't find them anywhere, and was contemplating special ordering them, for a king's ran$om. I emailed Wheelchair Parts, and they answered the same day, telling me they did have such a strange bearing. The price was more than fair, and the shipping was very quick. The website was very easy to get around and pay right from my phone! Now I can swap my quick release wheels without wobble! Thank you very much. Will be a return customer. Customer service is top notch. Highly recommended business. *PS* After reading other reviews, I feel the need to mention that it was Jose that helped me, to add on the praise!

These folks provide such amazing customer service. I ordered some tires and after a few days, I missed a call from Jose who left me a message they were out of stock and weren't expecting them in for another week or two but they had a similar style tire in stock that they could get out to me right away. I got busy but followed up a couple days later with Jay who mentioned Jose was out of town, so I thought I dropped the ball. But Jay was able to reach Jose and they communicated on the alternate tires. Jay reached out to me via email and she shared a direct link to the tires to make sure I wanted them. Once I approved she put the order through immediately and credited me back the difference as my previous choice was higher priced. I got home that night and realized my current tires were in worse shape than I thought and I needed them quickly so I emailed Jay about getting them overnighted. She and I connected the next morning to charge my card for expedited delivery and they are scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Very easy, efficient, and friendly service. Fingers crossed these are the right size and work! Thanks Jose and Jay.
