Oszukali mnie zapłaciłam za wynajem samochodów wysiedliśmy na lotnisku Milan-Bergamo we Włoszech i nie mieliśmy dojechać jak do hotelu.Jak tak można ludzi oszukiwać

Anmietung Alicante: Ganz klar kein Stern! Finger weg von diesem Vermieter! Hatte Abholung im Terminal gebucht.... Abholung war per Shuttle im Industriegebiet. Erhielt einen völlig verbeulten Wagen, da ich Vollkasko über die Vermietungsplattform gebucht hatte habe ich dort keine weitere Versicherung abgeschlossen. Nun werden mir kleinste, auch schon vorhandene Macken in Rechnung gestellt und die Kaution ist einbehalten worden. Außerdem waren auch die Reifen des PKW nicht in Ordnung, 2 hatten Ausbuchtungen, leider habe ich dies erst nach der ersten Fahrt gesehen, ein echtes Sicherheitsrisiko. Habe den Eindruck, dass Wheego mit dieser Taktik sein Geld verdient. Schlecht, gefährlich und im Nachhinein sehr teuer!

Very disappointing experience with Wheego at Málaga Airport. We booked a car through DoYouSpain for 22:00, arrived shortly before that time and, after collecting our luggage, called Wheego at approximately 22:30 as instructed. They answered and sent a shuttle to collect us, but when we arrived at the office we were suddenly told we had to pay an additional €280 because we were late. This charge had not been mentioned to us on the phone or in our booking conditions. When we refused and said we would leave and take an Uber, the €280 was suddenly reduced to €200. We also witnessed two other couples disputing unexpected additional charges while we were there. We ultimately left and paid for our own Uber to Nerja. DoYouSpain subsequently refunded our rental, which I appreciate, but based on our experience I would strongly recommend that they review their relationship with Wheego as a supplier.

Abusive practices and clear attempts at overcharging by Wheego and their local partner, PriceCarz Iași. I booked a car paying around £240-£250, with the clear option of leaving the standard security deposit via credit card upon pickup. At the counter, the staff aggressively insisted that I purchase their own additional insurance for over €500, which was more than double the price of the rental itself. When I refused, they came up with an unfounded excuse not to release the car: they objected to the fact that my first name was written as an initial on my credit card—a completely normal detail on bank cards, and this was by no means my first time renting a car in Europe or in Iași. Although I had a valid credit card, they simply refused to hand over the vehicle because I didn't buy their insurance. On top of being left without a car, I was also unable to recover the money paid for the reservation. Avoid Wheego and PriceCarz!

Eigentlich keinen Stern. Achtung, Abzocke. Bei Bußgeldern verlangt Wheego zusätzlich noch eine eigene Strafgebühr in der Höhe des Bußgeldes. Wheego verdient also an Strafzetteln.

Worst company within car rental world - stay away

Jedna gwiazdka to za dużo.Jest to najgorsza wypżyczalnia aut z jakiej brałem auto. Przez internet zrobiłem rezerwację auta z opcią Autocasko ( pełne ubezpieczenie ) bez udziału własnego do tego wziąłem dodatkowe ubezpieczenie na szyby ,opony,dach i podwozie żeby być w pełni ubezpieczony. Za wypożyczenie auta zapłaciłem 138€ i zawsze w tej cenie było już ubezpieczenie ale nie w wheego. Przy odbiorze skasowali prawie 1000 zł za. pełni bak i ubezpieczenie bo podobno nie akceptują ubezpieczenia zawartego podczas rezerwacji.Tak samo do dzisia nie otrzymałem protokołu odbioru auta chociaż odbierający powiedział że wysłał już go jeszcze podczas tego jak tam byłem. Osobiście na pewno nie skorzystam więcej z tej wypożyczalni bo jest nie profesjonalna ,bez dokładnych informacji wykorzystują tylko klientów .

Avoid this car hire company. We took the car back, having been quite pleased with it while on holiday…but then stung for ‘additional’ cleaning fee because there was a little bit of sand in the car. We are two pensioners who had been to the beach, but this was just ridiculous. Also, when I arrived a Norwegian family were being charged 50% more for a car seats than they had been told when they booked the car. Headline price is low - but they will find a way to sting you for whatever other costs takes their fancy
