Wollte ein kleines Teil bestellen für 12€ beim auschecken gerade noch gemerkt, dass der Gesamtbetrag auf einmal 382€!! ausgemacht hätte.. Achtung Abzocke !!

Do not buy. Long time buyer, will never order again from them. Ordered a VFC M249, went to put an NPAS into the nozzle only to notice that O-rings and springs were missing. Company told me everything is tested before hand and they wont do anything as I have disassembled the RIF. (A normal thing to do with GBB's). Clearly things are not tested. I would not have discovered that parts are missing otherwise. Had to contact VFC myself to arrange replacements. Stick to Proactstore. Far better.

I ordered a HK416 GHK Deluxe edition, they put all the necessary information for customs to clear immediately, red muzzle, all went smoothly and I'm very happy with the product, shipping was costly but pretty average compared to their competition. 10/10 service, fast and reliable as long as it's within their work hours. This is my first time ordering from them.

I ordered a GBBP and 2 magazines. Order to delivery in the UK was an impressive 4 days via UPS. Everything well packaged with protective foam throughout. Very happy

Avoid like the absolute plague! Prior to placing an order I contacted them to check the stock as it said "low" I was told the "new stock function" showed stock levels. Placed my order to find 3 items are out of stock and will be several weeks until they get them in stock. I couldn't wait that long so requested a refund. I was then told cancellation of my order would charge a fee even though the T&C say no fees will be charged for out of stock items and no administration on the order has taken place. Yet are still trying to charge me! Underhanded tactics that's now lost them over £1200.00! Will be getting PayPal and my bank involved to recover the FULL refund. Spend a little more and don't buy from China it's just not worth the hassle!

Basically no video means no customer service. You are the culprit as long as you don't have the evidence. GHK AUG's 16inch barrel snapped at the gastube, but no video so of course no support. Repeatedly pointed out by WGC that I broke it. As long as you order smaller parts, you are probably all right because fewer chances of breaking down. But larger parts or maybe guns, I would rather buy at other places.

Took their sweet sweet time to ship my order and forgot to put in the invoice so it was stuck in the customs for ages. Less and less professional would not recommend them at all unless you like waiting.
