J’adore ce logiciel qui permet facilement de raconter de belles histoires

Easy and intuitive to use even for beginners. I've tried several video editing programs and this seems to be the right tool for me. I am not a video-expert but for what I need to do, it does a great job. I saw a video made by WFP with this program and it looks so profi. That's when I started using it too.

I asked just ONE question about being refunded for a big charge that I wasn't expecting due to not realizing that I was being charged annually instead of monthly. This is literally one week before Christmas, and I am now down to nothing and I still have Christmas shopping to do. When I asked about switching to a monthly charged, I was given a super long email about all the choices I made, all the agreements I agreed to, and had I not done this mistake or that mistake, they would have possibly given me a refund, but now that I made those mistakes, they wouldn't be refunding me. They acted like I was going after them with legal threats or something! The customer service rep totally unloaded all her frustrations and was very unprofessional. When I responded asking for a little respect, I got no response. Guess what, I would've been fine with being told that I couldn't be refunded without the drama from Wevideo rep. Totally fed up with the attitude from them.

Easy to use system and intuitive. Only reason I don't give it 5-stars is that there are one or two more advanced things that could be easier to use. Perhaps this is just my lack of understanding of the system. But if you are starting video editing this is a great low-cost way to start.

I enjoy the ability to use WeVideo when I'm traveling. It is sometimes difficult when internet is not available or reliable but it is better than having a large piece of software on a big device. WeVideo allowed me to use a small chromebook on my trip.

this video editor is amazing, easy to use and possible incredible devices for any video editing for business, college, presentations ... sensational!!
