Horrible site has many glitches and gets your work mixed up. I made a slideshow and it mixed up my words onto other slides I did not put them on. Waste of money do not recommend using this site.

I last used the product two years ago. It worked for what I was doing. I never signed up for the paid version and now have had a bill deducted from my credit card. No notice of billing and a policy of NO REFUNDS. Watch out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The idea of WeVideo if it worked properly is great. A simple and user-friendly video-editing tool online that does not need to be downloaded. Yeah, you need to pay to keep it, but you can activate a free trial period and still export in ultra HD quality within your trial of 7 days. So that is fine. Everything actually works fine until you stumble upon the glitches and errors that prevents you from finishing your hard work. 1. It can´t handle playback of high quality video files through the timeline, as it starts lagging. Makes no sense, because you can easily play them from the project bin. And if the resolution is too high to play smoothly, why doesn´t the program simply reduce quality size automatically enough on playback? 2. Want to export your video? Forget about it! Once you click the export button you will get this error: "Please wait Media clips in your edit have not finished importing. Please wait until it’s complete." You could leave your computer for 1000 years, and the error would still come. Every single clip can be played from the timeline and the project bin, but it still says it hasn´t finished importing. For some unknown reason that makes absolutely no sense, there is NOT A SINGLE OTHER PERSON on the internet who posted anything online about this specific error. But I have now tried from two different computers with two completely different unrelated projects using different videos, and it brings the same error no matter for how long you let the import "load" which it doesn´t do. So there goes your hard work. After a long editing process, you cannot export your work, because of the infinite error: "media clips haven´t finished importing". How can I give anything other than 1 star to a video editing software that doesn´t let me export my work? This makes it COMPLETELY useless. And waste of all the hours you put into your project. And IF just IF you happen to somehow fix the error, you need to do it before the 7 day free trial countdown ends, there is nothing you can do. All your hard work is lost. This is completely unacceptable. The concept of WeVideo is great, but this stupid error ruins everything!

Horrible site, moving one clip takes a minute alone because it's so laggy. You can't split into milliseconds, only hundredths of a second. There's barely any effects, it's so freakin laggy did I mention that? I don't know why my school pays for it when it increases editing time 10 fold because of how inefficient it is, ctrl z doesn't work half the time, when you try to move a clip it just moves it back, and there's so much more. I can't spend an hour on this site because of how angry it makes me. Like every single second I'm just getting ragebaited by how horrible of a site it is. Wevideo is literally my 13th reason

Had to use this for school and I ended up just going to CapCut making my video report there then uploading it and putting it on to WeVideo because of how terrible it is. ( good luck using mobile it’s even worse)

I canceled my subscription with WeVideo over two weeks ago and received confirmation emails. Despite this, they continued attempting to charge me—and today I was hit with two unauthorized charges. I have proof of cancellation, so there’s no excuse for this. Extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Proceed with caution.
