As sometimes can happen, an item I purchased was left out of my order. I contacted customer service, via email, and within a hour they responded. They apologized profusely for the error, sent the missing item via next day delivery and included an additional product as a gift. I was extremely impressed with the customer service rep’s handling of the situation, the solution to the problem and how very kind the service rep was. Additionally, my husband loves all the products. He gets a fabulously close shave with no skin irritation. We are both extremely happy about that. I recommend this company wholeheartedly!

My only complaint would be that I would have thought a shave brush would have come with the introductory set. Other than that so far so goof

The Merica stainless steel razor gives me the best shave I have had to date and I have used most of the moderate razors DE 89, Muhle R89 etc. The head almost automatically gives you the best shave angle since top is not round and the angle allows the best shave and with neutral blade exposure it is a very forgiving shave from any angle. The CNC milling out of 316 stainless allows for perfect fit of blade , handle and cap each time. Hefty weighted razor with milled grip and indentation in middle of handle allows balanced grip. This razor will last a lifetime. With handle, cap and guard milled out of solid stainless instead being molded with powdered metals gives strength and fit beyond what I have seen yet. Wet Shaving Club was a pleasure to deal with and I will be using them in future for supplies. Five stars to the machine shop milling this razor!!

I really appreciate Wet Shaving Club for introducing me to a better form of shaving. I was formerly a member of another shave club that mentioned a dollar ;) Anyway, after being with them for years and getting bad shaves everyday, I stumbled across WSC and picked up the Merica razor and I love the whole shaving experience now! I’ll never go back to shaving with garbage cartridge razors again.

My first experience purchasing from The Wet Shaving Club and customer service was the best. Being from Australia, there was no shipping option. A quick email to the team and they added Australia to its shipping option. The delivery was very quick and efficient. I ordered the Merica safety razor after some excellent reviews from Kensurfs and SinatraLennon. I’m proud to be the first to get this to Australia. Man what a razor this is! The marine grade stainless steel is awesome with that matte finish. The quality is superior. The razor is on the medium/mild side which is great for my beard. I’ve experienced the most smoothest and efficient shave from this razor. Great to support American made products.

My safety razor came in fast and this is my first time shaving with one and has been a good change from using disposable razors.
