I really like the Merica razor perfect aggression for me. Would have given 5 stars but customer service dropped the ball shipping my order.

The products are awesome. The customer service not so much. It took 3 emails over a week just to get an answer on my initial question. Then I can’t contact anyone directly on the phone and all your emails seem to be answered around midnight. Finally I received no email confirmation on my orders. I think your business has potential but you need to communicate better.

Website is not very good. After placing an order I received emails stating that I had not checked out and that the items were still sitting in the cart. This was confusing and I was worried weather I had completed a checkout or whether I was double ordering. I eventually did receive an order confirmation email. The product itself is great and I have no complaints.

I'm satisfied with the products, other than the fact that my two-piece shaver's bowl still hasn't come in yet.

Nice razor, very well priced but quality control has a lot to be desired. My Winning razor had burrs to remove. Contacted WSC with photos but got no reply.

I decided to Buy The Merica Razor and Matching Stand it's an amazing piece of kit. it is a smaller Razor but it being constructed from 316 Marine Grade Stainless Steel gives it a very nice weight in the Hand. it also has a Magnet in the handle so you can get your Blades if you drop them on the counter. I give the 3 star Rating because I was having some issues Browsing the Site but I alerted The Support Staff of the issues and they should be resolved.

I’m honestly not very experienced in safety razors, (this was my first one) if I had more experience I’d probably be better with it. It cuts hair like butter and has that classic feel to it. The downsides; because I’m not experienced in it enough I cut myself twice in the week that I’ve had it, secondly, this isn’t really a problem, but the blades are Czech, it would have been better if it said that here on the website because I bought this thinking it would be 100% all around American. That’s it really

Packaging was great, used it twice so far. Major complaint was I was specifically looking for a USA product and the blades are not. Was very disappointed with the false advertising.
