They chopped my shi off

I ordered some supplies and when it arrived I had an item missing. After sending off a message to support within 24 hours, they have ghosted me and I have not heard back in over 2 weeks. That's not even like getting it sent out again, I have not heard back from support in 2 weeks after reaching out, meanwhile I'm receiving all these review emails so maybe this is my only chance of getting a reply

I like the 1 safety shaver received. I ordered, then told to re-order. I re-ordered, confirmed, but told I had 2 orders shipped. I tried to cancel to no avail. Frustrated! I had to cancel payment for one. After that I received email stating apology and stating they would cancel that order. So I eventually I received "The Merica Razor" which I like. I hope The Wet Shaving Club fixes the computer problem, because I want to support them, but am frustrated.

I cancelled my order about 2 hours after I made it. I then corresponded more then 5 times with huge delays each time trying to get an answer on my supposed refund. It is now 9 days after that and I still haven't gotten my refund. Pretty much ridiculous service and difficulty communicating.

I have high hopes. I had read many great reviews and watched videos of many people trying the “Winning” razor with great results. I have not had the same luck. After shaving there is no difference from before to after. I’m hoping if I try a different blade it will work better. But I’m not giving up!

I was shipped an empty envelope with an invoice in it. No razor. 👎
