From the wax paper and string wrapping, I've enjoyed this product. I got a few extra things that I didn't order, and didn't get the after-shave that I did order, but all of that will be resolved. Everything just works so nicely - from the lather to the first-pass-and-I'm-done razor, it's nice to be shaving again.

Great razor and awesome customer service. Little pricey, but it’s the last razor you’ll buy

TOP NOTCH SERVICE! There was a mix-up on the order on their end, which they promptly notified me about. Once it was cleared up, they even sent me a complimentary gift for the whole mix-up. These guys know how to communicate and treat their customers right!

The shipment was delayed for some reason. So you guys shipped it on 2 day delivery for free and also sent a shaving brush free. Thank-You you didn't have to do that but you did very satisfied .

Very good experience with WSC. Excellent email updates regarding my order with an additional email when they received word it was delivered. Fast, professional and pleasant experience.

I actually like the idea of Wet Shaving Club and after a couple of weeks, really like the shave. My plan is to explore the other products on the site and will most likely be purchasing in the near future. Albeit that I like the shaving system very much, I have a suggestion...thus the 4 stars. The website is designed to sell, sell, sell. Unfortunately, there is no section which gives tips on how use the tools, i.e. shaving at 30 degree angle for best results. It would be helpful to include an area that would show things like how to load the blade without cutting yourself, how to hold the razor, etc.

Slight delay in shipping the razor from USA to UK, but it was worth waiting for. A beautiful razor, thank you
