The quality of the pants I ordered was very disappointing. I was expecting nice soft material. The main material was hard and stiff cotton (or a mix). The inner lining was super uncomfortable polyester like material. I sized up one size, but it was still too tight and the length was too short. As the shipment came from China I did not return but directly discarded it.

Great items and fast delivery

In October of 2025, I ordered two pairs of pants, but they were too big. I immediately called to let them know I had sent them back and requested a smaller size. They offered me a discount to keep the pants??? What am I supposed to do with pants that are too large?? I told them I sent them back on Oct.15, 2025, to the Vernon, California, address from which they came. I then received an email saying I had to return them to China, but I had already sent them back. They then asked for proof of purchase, and I sent them my credit card statement. After several emails, I was told they could not locate my return. I spent $194.53. It is now January 20th, 2026, and they are still writing back that they are awaiting for the return. What kind of company takes 3 months to find a return? I would never have bought them if I was told I had to return them to China.

You all should think twice before ordering from this shop! Here's whats happening in the 2 weeks! I ordered a shirt, the shirt I received was twice the size I order, immediately after I received the product at 29.12.2025 I sent them an email that there was a mistake with the order and since then, for almost two weeks they try to sabotage my wishes in avery way they can to return my money back! They start an aggressive negotiation with me on getting not the full refund and to keep the t shirt which I will never use!!, they offer me things that works aginst their store policy! I tried to get info about the way I need to send them back the product and yet nothing! They completely ignoring my wishes and requests and continue to aggeessively negotiate instead of provide me a good service and experience!!
