Request for Refund or Exchange Due to Incorrect Item Delivered
Dear Customer Service, I ordered a Western Classic Denim, Light Black, XL (36). However, I received a Light Blue, XL (36) jeans pant instead of the item I ordered. I am very disappointed with this incorrect delivery and would appreciate your immediate assistance in resolving the matter. I would like to request either: An exchange for the correct item (Western Classic Denim, Light Black, XL 36), or A full refund if the correct item is not available. Please advise on the next steps for returning the incorrect item and processing the exchange or refund. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
