Hey Ashley, Wes here. I read your comment that the program feels like a half-a*sed product and that I have a ways to go before earning even a 2-star rating. That is blunt and clear, and I appreciate you saying it straight. I’m really sorry you were left with that impression; expecting a finished, useful program and finding something that feels unfinished is frustrating and unacceptable. If parts of the course felt incomplete, misleading, or not as advertised, that absolutely needs investigation and fixing. Please email [email protected] with the subject line "TP Escalation - Wes" and I am personally alerting the team lead today to look into this. If this is a charge or refund issue, include your purchase email and charge date or order number so they can pull your case quickly. Much love and respect, Wes Virgin.

Hey Stephanie, Wes here. I read your review about the delete script and that you have invested over $5,000 into the Freedom Store and are afraid it’s a scam, and that you asked to speak to me and feel I have not reached out. That is understandably upsetting after such a large investment and feeling like you’ve been left without answers. If checkout, access, or support failed you, that absolutely needs investigation and fixing so you aren’t left in the dark. Please email [email protected] with the subject line TP Escalation - Wes and I am personally alerting the team lead today. For charge or refund issues include your purchase email and the charge date or order number so the team can look into it promptly. Much love and respect, Wes Virgin.

Hey Sonya, Wes here. I’m really sorry the program felt like a wealth-acquisition class when you were searching for a spiritual heartfelt program, and I see you’ve been trying from day one to get a refund and say it’s been impossible. That must feel both upsetting and disillusioning after you joined hoping for something soulful. If checkout, access, or support failed you in trying to get that refund, it absolutely needs investigation and fixing on our side. Please email [email protected] with the subject line TP Escalation - Wes and I’m personally alerting the team lead today. For charge and refund cases include your purchase email and the charge date or order number so they can locate your order quickly. Much love and respect, Wes Virgin.

Hey Candice, Wes here. Thank you for the honest feedback about "I am not going to say anything negative… I am not going to say anything negative towards you, all I will say is maybe this program just doesn't work for me, I have did everything that was required of me to do to manifest". I’m constantly refining the material, and I appreciate you saying it straight. If you need anything, please email [email protected] with the subject line "TP Escalation - Wes." Much love and respect, Wes Virgin.
