I have been a customer of Toyota Wesley Chapel (WC) for a long time, and purchased 4 cars from this dealership In the past. I have been treated by the staff and management with respect and curtesy. Toyota services department has also been very good in assisting me in repairs and services I needed on my cars over the years. I have a great respect for management and staff at WC Toyota.

Went in for my 5,000 mileage service and I was in & out within an hour! Great service, great coffee. Filled up my window fluid, did the 360 inspection. Would have love to get it vacuum and wash though like my old dealer was doing. Maybe something to consider in the future.

They told me it would take 1.5 hours and that is exactly the time it took. The kept me informed via text messages of their progress. In and out smoothly.

The place is nice, clean, and quiet. However, you have to wait about 2 hours just for an oil change and the inspection report. I’ve always heard that Toyota cars are very reliable, but every time I go there for an oil change and regular check-up, there’s always something else that needs to be fixed. 😩 I feel like the oil change is “free,” but then they want me to spend $1,000 or more on repairs… and my car isn’t even that old. 🙄 And when I ask if any of these repairs are covered by the insurance Toyota sold to me, they don’t seem to know what I’m talking about. You really have to be prepared for anything when you go there. 😒

Made an appointment. At arrival they took me right in. Advisor came in quickly. And we were done within an hour. Great service!
