I had come into the dealership to get an oil change and walked out with a new Tundra. The two men that helped me and explained things to me were dynamite and it was as if we had been friends forever. I loved that. I had owned a Tundra before and it was such an easy transfer of paperwork. Thanks to Chris Joseph and Edwin Andino, I had the best experience anyone could have had. It was painless and mostly comforting to know that if I had any questions or concerns, I could call them at a moment's notice and they would help me out. I’m not going to say much about my experience because it’s over and done with. What I will say is your staff really needs to work on their integrity. Instead of focusing solely on selling cars no matter the cost, maybe try being honest and upfront with your potential customer. I felt like your staff was deceitful and lacked communication and at the end was insensitive and rude. Of course in the beginning everyone was nice and friendly because they wanted the sale. People will remember your character and the experience that they had. I will never recommend anyone purchase a vehicle from your company.

We had very specific needs/wants for our vehicle and Jack worked very hard to ensure that we got the vehicle we wanted.
