Came in to buy a 2012 Honda Civic with a litte apprehension and left pleasantly surprised. Althought the negotiation process to a little while I ended up with a great car and a great warranty I'll have for a long time.

We have been in need of a couple of vehicles for a while and finally decided to pull the trigger. We drove by the lot a few times and saw some cars that we liked. After work one afternoon my wife and I stopped by Wesley Chapel Honda and were introduced to Mike Tucker. The rest was history. From start to delivery the the transaction was flawless. After describing what we were looking for, Mike took us out to a pair of SUVs that went above and beyond our expectations. We test drove 2 cars, one at a time and were never pressured or rushed into anything. No surprises, everything went smooth and Mike kept us informed step by step as the deal went through. I was absolutely horrified when I went to buy my first new car, I had some credit issues and thought there was no way that I would have a good experience coming to a dealership. On a whim I filled out a pre-approval online and minutes later Patrick Jones gave me a call. He asked me what I wanted out of a vehicle and got me into something I felt comfortable with.
