Super follow thru, guidence.and advice. Our situation was high assets, but little income as we are retired. Lenox was able to package a loan with low interest even with our difficult position. And we did not have to generate an income flow to get approved. Answered questions and provided more detail beyond asked question. Always seemed ready to assist. Accommodated our needs well. It really is no cost. When it seemed some cost would bee out of pocket day before close, they added funds to 0 out our cost at last minute. Very truthful and professional with lots of integrity. Highly recommend the group.

I had used Weslend to re-finance a home 4 years ago and it was a seamless experience. Not this time. Communication from Weslend was terrible. Every single interaction was a struggle. I should have used Quicken Loans. We based our decision to use Weslend on our initial estimate from them. They used the wrong information to calculate our payments and after everything was said and done, our loan was almost $400 a month higher than the estimate. Totally unacceptable.

I gave this company a try after I heard their commercial many times . I made it perfectly clear with the consultant (she) what I was looking for to re-finance with the company, and she assured me she could make it happen. As the process progressed, I had to keep repeating myself or reminding her what we discussed as I was then often given different information. I feel that the she was agreeable just to get my business. She changed the info she gave me multiple times, sometimes stating that the reason was because it was a federal law. In the end, I agreed to the terms, but WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN.

Heard about Lennox on Fox New on Sirius Satellite Radio. Called them to see if they wanted to loan me money on my home that I totally own. They said they would but the loan would be called a ReFi. Made no sense as the home never had a mortgage before. I agreed to get the loan and had to pay for the appraisal as expected. Closing costs were around $3500 for $100k (home value with land is $500k). Seemed high, but nothing is free. Rate was 4.875. Took about a month to get through the details and get to closing after lots of appraisal issues - could not find good comparables. Communications was mostly via email. Phone calls were ok with loan prep but not back to loan officer. Hard to get hold of or get a personal answer. My 2 cents.
