We actually were very frustrated with our experience with Wesland Financial. Our biggest frustration was probably the lack of timely communication during our 7 month process. We can't believe it took 7 months to get loan approval on a home loan, and the lack of communication from staff in a timeline fashion was very frustrating. We are business owners and expected 24-72 hour replies... but we wouldn't hear from our reps for weeks... literally weeks. Not only did it take us 7 months to get approved for a refinanced home loan (which everyone told us was insane but we were too far in to the process to leave and go with another lender) but every time we sent an email in response it took literally WEEKS for you to get back to us. There was always more information needed or required, which was of course expected but not at month 6 and 7. Another frustration was expectataions that came with communciation. They would tell us that they would have an answer or get back to us in x amount of days... and it would be at least double. We'd call and follow up but would hear nothing. We didn't feel like we were a priority and finally they told us things like "the underwriter is no longer with us so now there's a new one working on your paperwork," or "sorry, it's been a crazy week"... things like that. Just very frustrating. Lastly, we really wish that we would have known up front what documentation would be needed, requested, etc so that we could have everything back to you in a timely fashion. We would literally get a list of things needed, get it back to Wesland in 24 hours, and then weeks later be told we were missing stuff or additional into needed. I really believe regardless of being a "complex loan" applicant, 7 months to get approval for a loan is absurd. We would not recommend WesLend Financial to friends and family without telling them about our experience.

Highly recommend! This was the easiest experience I have ever had with any financial/mortgage documents. The agent(s) explanations was simple, to the point, and easy to understand. Documents were ready in less than an hour. All was done online for even a more convenient result.

Alexis Davis has been top shelf, on every level, from start to close on my mortgage business. I did have a couple very poor, disorganized, self-serving attempts by other lenders and declined service from every one; however, Alexis was clear, thorough and honest throughout the process and I would highly recommend him and his service to anyone looking for home finance help.

I was so happy to get help from Lennox WesLend financial, they were very helpful, the only issue I had was unfortunately the person I was working with did have to take a medical leave due to illness, totally understandable, however no one told me, it was about 1 and 1/2 months before I heard anything about what was happening. He has been awesome I just think that an assistant or someone would of taken over his load or at least emailed his customers to let them know he had been out. Other than that I would highly recommend this company.

I heard Lenox Refinance commercial on 840AM Radio, Las Vegas, Nev. around 6 weeks ago. I called the Loan Officer Mr. Ryan Beacham answered the phone and told him I wanted to refinance. He politely told me a few things he needed from me up front to get things going! Other than furnishing requested papers requested everything went smooth silk.. Also Ryan's assistant K was very good and knowledgeable! Thanks Lenox Homes Loans........ You're the best!!!

I refinanced 2 times with Ryan Beacham in 7 months. I heard the “no cost” ad on the radio and made the call. I was bit skeptical of the company being in California when I am in Virginia but I am overly satisfied with the choice I made. The process was super smooth and we had zero complications. The 2nd time around was even easier than the first. I was able to drop my rate twice in less than year both times no out of pocket “except the appraisal” which was reimbursed at closing as he stated. Ryan’s assistants were extremely friendly and accommodating as well. I recommended Ryan to several of my friends who also closed their loans with Ryan. Thanks for the hard work.
