The process was slow going at the …
The process was slow going at the beginning the loan officer who started the process quit before the process was completed. I was not informed until I sent an email and an automatic reply was sent back. Once Justin tooka over everything went smooth. They were very efficient and I would use them again if need be.

Jeff Starling is wonderful to work …
Jeff Starling is wonderful to work with. He has stuck to us and gave us the counseling that we needed to eventually qualify for our mortgage. He is a tremendous asset to your company.

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
I could write a book on how bad this experience was. Completely incompetent, Closed 12 days late and everyday they would tell us we should close that very day! And then we would wait and by the afternoon, when it became obvious we would not close, no one would return phone calls or emails. Even when we did sign documents, it was another 5 days until we got keys.

They explained everything in the …
They explained everything in the refinancing process so well to me. Ryan the agent that worked with me was so helpful and patient. Everything they said they would do was exactly what was done. I Would recommend them, actually I already have!
