I have been dealing with Lenox Financial (Wesland) for about 10 years and I will continue to do so for because they are reliable,fair, honest, and prompt. No reason to try someone else.

The worst Customer Service!
I was told we were ready to close and then they came back and changed their mind. They told me to increase my score even though I was pre-approved. Do not ever use them! Manager never called me back to explain things! Sean was my sales rep and he did nothing about it.

Third time through this process with Mike Rael. As usual, the process was fast, professional and easy, and lowered our payments once again! Mike continues to deliver on the promise he made to us at the beginning that he would watch these markets for us and take advantage of any opportunity that presents itself along the way.

Very easy, friendy service. Great rates.
Overall, very easy process for remote online refinance process. Mortage banker was very patient and always available via txt, call or email. Answered all my questions. Online e-sig was easy. In home closer, to sign docs was friendy, efficient. Would look to use them again for re-fi in the future.

Great execution
Great execution, again!! This is my 2nd mortgage / refi experience with you guys and you are fantastic. Brad was great as usual. Pestered me when he needed to, waited patiently on me to get him what he needed when he had to.... I have nothing but positive things to say. I doubt I'd be able to get it cheaper / at a better rate somewhere else, but candidly I don't want to try, because I trust you guys and wouldn't want to try because you take really good care of us. Loyalty is important....and earned. Thank you
