The best experience I have ever had refinancing a home I highly recommend this company their knowledge and experience make the process simple and easy without stress. The attention to detail customer service is excellent. The loan processing department is right on top of things. I had many questions and they were more than happy to answer. Communication is very important to me Brad the gentleman I dealt with was amazing! He kept in constant contact with me. I was particularly impressed when we started talking and the amount of knowledge and recommendations were right on. I don’t like salesman talk and I didn’t get any of that with this company. Brad listened to me as I explained my situation. Brad came up with many different options and recommendations. I was very impressed with the whole process and I’m not easy to impress. Overall smooth business transaction. It is unfortunate that as a consumer we are nickle and dimed to death by fees, not all associated to WesLend Financial of course. It is advertised that you pay no closing cost or lender's fees but the reality is you do. They are just outside of your loan which mine equaled almost a 1/3 of the money purposed to get out of debt so it provided even less to work with in the end. WesLend Financial did their job as a business and I as a customer paid for the service!

Mike Rael handled our VA refinance, and answered any questions we had from start to finish. The fees were very low, and we will save thousands by paying off all our credit cards. Mike, assisted by Phally Nin, treated us with respect and was helpful throughout the process, which didn`t take long.
