Not sure who is writing these glorious…
Not sure who is writing these glorious reviews but they may be relatives of the employees!!!. My experience was nothing more than a frustrating adventure that took 5 months 8 days to process and close the simplest loan in history. They string you along with Every excuse in the book to why they don’t return phone calls or the delays. I provided everything needed day one asked for with in moments of them asking for. Lie after lie Including manager I spoke to. Loan officer rude and arrogant. If I was not worried about getting extra credit inquiries I would have gone some where else and started over. So, beware of doing business with Weslend/Lenox!!! Just a real consumers POV

All reviews posted are from our actual borrowers. Unfortunately our loan processing times have varied widely due to an extremely high volume of refinances brought about by historically low interest rates. While we have done our best to process all borrowers in a timely manner, our systems were temporarily overwhelmed. We apologize for your unhappy experience with us, but have modified our processes so that loan closings are now within industry standards moving forward.
