It's a scam, very difficult to cancel. When I signed up they said you could send an email to cancel. I did that, but they replied that I had to cancel at the website. I went to the website and tried to log on but it immediately took me to the app. Within the app there is a place to manage your subscription, however it doesn't allow you to cancel your subscription. I was trying to cancel my subscription within the time period, but it was not possible. Tomorrow when they charge me I will refuse the payment on my credit card. I will probably have to watch my credit card for the next couple of years to make sure they don't try to charge me!! Maybe I will just cancel my credit card and get a new one, which will be fun because then I'll have to transfer all of my other reoccurring payments to the new card as well. Don't sign up for anything with this company!!

They say you get 14 days free, but immediately charged my card the full amount. I canceled on my 6th day, but their email said, " We're sorry to see you go, but we thank you for giving us a try. Your subscription to WeShape- Quarterly will remain active until Aug 2, 2024." In other words NO refund. So I asked my CC to reverse the charge, which worked. They have decent videos on YouTube which are FREE. The intro video makes them sound as tho they are good at the training, but their Customer Service is non-existent. Now, reading the other reviews, I suggest you don't even start with them.

Refusal not to sell my email address on when requested. Be aware. This does not lead to confidence about the company in the light of previous reviews. I am now concerned that I will be receiving a lot of spam emails from other companies. I will not be renewing after my free trial based on this.

I can’t get anyone to contact me as I want to discontinue my account. Every month I’m charged $39:95 and I have had four emergency surgeries in the last 10 months and can’t do the exercises. I have called and called and no one calls me back. I am so frustrated and am contemplating contacting the better business bureau along with yelp. Barbara Andersen

I started with WeShape program in December and joined the 4 week Challenge in January 2024. I like the program as it meets all of my needs which includes health programs/ podcasts, community. I don’t feel completely ‘wiped out’ after a workout but know and see that my body is under going change. The podcasts aligned with my beliefs and how I conduct my life. It is good to see podcasts which validate both

I'm starting my third week on the Weshape Challenge program and I'm loving it. I'm learning so much about feeling better about loving and caring for myself and my body and my outlook has changed. I'm using the messages everyday in every way possible. And the community support is outstanding. The only negative is that it is pretty expensive for someone on fixed income.

I absolutely adore it! I've been able to exercise without any risk of injury as the workouts match my fitness level and allow me to progress. The encouragement and coaching are truly fantastic. I love the whole experience!

This is a wonderful program. You don't have to get up early, get dressed and go to a gym. Everything is done online. Coach Tyler is very good and has a lot of experience. I had been in PT for a few years. Sometimes the exercises I was given didn't work for me. I couldn't find a personal trainer but I found WeShape online. I took the quiz, tried it for 2 weeks and finally became a member. The workouts are designed for each individual and have wonderful features. You can scale up or down or move the entire workout for another day. Coach Tyler and his team are extremely nice, helpful, and encourage you.
