To cancel a subscription, one MUST have an account from which to opt out. They make it impossible to create an account because no username created is acceptable to WeShape.com's system. Unless you protest, they justify keeping your money when you want OUT. Soooo, without a username one cannot cancel a subscription!!! I was within the '2 week trial period' but wrote them a scathing email noting their fraudulent systems. In their reply a day later there was no apology, or defense to my suggestion of fraud. They simply claimed they would cancel my subscription. I'd requested cancellation just one day earlier but they were busy playing games to frustrate me out of my money! Stay clear of this company!!!

Loved their videos on YT and that's how they took me in for a scam. Be careful! I signed up for a 1 month trial for $1 with no ongoing subscription. Months later they charged my credit card for a monthly subscription. The relatable people draw you in. Then they get you to pay a small amount so they have your credit card details. Then months later they charge you for a monthly subscription that you haven't agreed to, hoping that you won't notice and then once you realise, some months after that, it will be too late and your credit card company will not refund at that point. I'm sorry I didn't come here to read the reviews first.

No notification of when annual fee would be submitted. All of a sudden I look at my bank account and they withdrew $299 from my bank account. I go to contact the customer service phone number 844-990-2456 Just a recording saying no support to deal with callers and a disconnect. I am requesting my money back and I believe this is very bad business practice.

Misleading. I commented on their FB page, they sent me a message asking if they can build me a program for free. Then I read all these comments about how they ended up charging people's credit cards after the free trial without due notice. I'm not going to even try this company then. That's misleading and unethical practice.

I am trying to get my money back now. Probably with no luck. I joined the two week free trial. Been that busy forgot to cancel and now have been charged $99. I am fuming. 😡

An awesome personalized program completed with warm up, exercise, and stretching to finish. The app is able to program you to exercise according to your daily strength by asking you questions before going into the daily workout. Furthermore, I appreciate their customer service very much for they helped me to resolve all the questions I asked with speedy response.

I agreed to a 1 week free exercise class. Unfortunately, they wanted to charge a small fee for setting up the site, and unsuspecting, I gave them my credit card number. Then my signup became, without any communication with me, a signup for monthly classes for a fee of over $39.00 a month. Supposedly, the addition of that class was somewhere on the free week signup, I never saw it. Weird during the free week I received numerous invitations to signup for their monthly classes. I never knowingly signed up or participated in any of these classes. I did not notice those fraudulent charges until I had been charged without any notice over $200.00. I didnt expect a charge so I failed to notice the repeat charge of $39.00 on my card right away. That was my error, and according to my card company I have to pay. Totally a fraudulent company and a scam. I’ve learned to be much more careful.

Absolutely a scam. Do not use this company. They have ignored all my attempts to cancel the subscription. I am going to have to change my credit card number. Wish I had read the reviews before I started with them.
