We missed the first van for pickup. They said 25 minutes for the next one. With repeated phone calls we ended up taking a taxi with other people after 2 hours. Their sister van company came through 5 times. They kept lying about a van coming.

When we arrived, it wasn't clear how to check in. We waited in line awhile before deciding to walk around and see if there was an official place to check in. The wait for the shuttle to the boat was longer than anticipated, so we were late for our boarding time. Then on the way back, we couldn't find a single shuttle so we had to walk a mile to public transportation and then was a few blocks to the garage.

The driver handed my backpack that was in the trunk to another passenger and my perfume disappeared.

1. When we call the phone number, no response, no customer service 2. Waiting time is too long 3.No service when we return from the ship to take us to the parking lot

Waited over 2 hours to get picked up after the cruise and never did. End up getting an Uber back to the garage.

The worst experience, it’s a shame that no one can keep them liable for treating customer like that. 2 hrs wait is not an exaggeration, very true and expected. had to get an Uber both pick up and drop off.
